Cancellation Policy
A $45 deposit is required to book a color appointment. This deposit will go towards your service. However, it is NON-REFUNDABLE if you cancel.
If you need to reschedule, please do so 48 hours ahead of your scheduled appointment to keep your deposit in place. If there is less than a 48 hour notice, you will forfeit the deposit and a new appointment and deposit must be placed.
For all other appointments, there will be a 25% cancellation fee if there is less than 48 hour notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. No show-no call's are required a deposit that will NOT be towards the total of cost for future appointments. No show- no call’s a second time are NOT tolerated and you will not be allowed to book any future appointments.
